About
James Warby-Kim
RMA MARN 1797131
I have dedicated my career to helping couples navigate Australia's complex immigration system, specialising exclusively in Australian Partner Visas. With over eight years of experience in migration services, I provide expert guidance to ensure a smooth and successful visa application process. My approach is built on deep knowledge of immigration regulations, a commitment to detail, and a passion for reuniting partners in Australia.
Beyond my work in migration, I also have a strong background in education and business. As the CEO & Principal of Centennial College, a leading Vocational Education Training (VET) provider in Sydney, I oversee nationally recognised courses in Leadership and Management, and Accounting. My role allows me to support students in gaining industry-relevant skills while maintaining compliance with government regulations.
Previously, I served as Chairman of the Board at Centennial College Foundation, a registered charity that focused on supporting international student visa holders during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have always been passionate about helping individuals secure their future in Australia, whether through education or immigration pathways.
I hold a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from The University of Technology, Sydney. My academic background, coupled with years of hands-on experience, enables me to provide strategic advice and tailored solutions for those seeking long-term residency in Australia.
As part of my commitment to accessibility, I frequently travel to Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth to offer free consultations for Australian visa applicants, ensuring that professional guidance is available to those who need it most.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy travelling, training for triathlon and creating content.
